    Please complete the Promising Scholars form below. The information you provide, along with the application materials (high school transcripts) you submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, will be used to determine your eligibility for a scholarship interview.

    Please note you must complete this form and receive an admission decision (acceptance) by October 31st in order to be considered for an interview.
